Berglund graduated from Palos Verdes Peninsula High School in 2004 and pursued higher education at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she earned a degree in Theater in 2008. Berglund's modeling career commenced with promotional work for GXS Motorsports, where she spent two years under the pseudonym Sophi Berglund. Her breakthrough came when she was featured as Playboy's Playmate of the Month in January 2011, photographed by Stephen Wayda. This exposure significantly elevated her profile, leading to appearances on Playboy-related television programs such as "The Girls Next Door" and "Holly's World."

Acting Ventures

Transitioning into acting, Berglund secured guest roles on popular television series including "Desperate Housewives," "Cavemen," and "Hannah Montana."
